Job Overview
Mobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They build expertise in uncovering customer needs and educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions.
Job Responsibilities- Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world‑class experience and building loyalty by helping customers resume their shopping, exploring needs, demonstrating technology, and side‑by‑side selling for personalized solutions.
- Become skilled with digital tools in interactions, demonstrating coverage maps, benefits of plans, and completing training on the in‑store experience.
- Establish relationships with T‑Mobile employees across channels, resolving issues, and supporting team initiatives.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
- Passionate customer advocate, authentic engagement (Required)
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in fast‑paced sales (Required)
- Willingness to work with peers and leaders, sharing ideas and resolving issues (Required)
- Effective balance of customer needs and performance goals (Required)
- At least 18 years of age

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for training pay. Upon completion, Mobile Associates promote to Mobile Expert and become eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees at T‑Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
