Retro Fitness in Delray Beach is seeking a high-energy Fitness Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. This sales-first role is focused on driving personal training revenue by conducting Welcome Workouts, engaging with new members, and confidently presenting PT packages.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, preferably within the fitness industry, and will be responsible for hitting monthly performance targets while providing exceptional service to clients.
Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement.
