Job Summary

The Branch Banking Client Platform Specialist is responsible for driving new deposit acquisition and expanding existing deposit relationships within an assigned territory. This role focuses on proactive business development, consistent prospecting, disciplined pipeline management, and high-quality client service while ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deposit Hunting & New Business Development: identify, research, and qualify new deposit prospects; conduct discovery meetings; close new deposit relationships and transition them to long-term clients; maintain a structured pipeline toward conversion.
  • Expand relationships with existing clients to increase deposit balances and product penetration.
  • Sales Execution & Revenue Support: partner with internal sales teams; participate in coordinated sales campaigns and cross-sell opportunities; contribute to territory-level business development strategies.
  • Client Service & Compliance: deliver high-quality service from onboarding through ongoing management; ensure all activities meet regulatory, compliance, and operational standards; maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and internal controls.
Additional Accountabilities
  • Conduct market research to identify high-value prospects and emerging opportunities.
  • Execute systematic prospecting campaigns to generate new leads.
  • Develop customized deposit solutions aligned with client needs and organizational goals.
  • Deepen relationships with existing clients to drive additional deposit growth.
  • Implement territory-based business development strategies to expand market presence.
Job Requirements
  • Education:

    High School or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) or foreign equivalent.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 6+ years of customer service and sales experience, including in the financial services industry.
  • Skills:

    Ability to train and mentor others on products and procedures; experience in sales campaigns/promotions; familiarity with digital products and self-service technologies.
