Role Description - The Sales Representative is a full‑time role focused on growing referral partnerships and client volume for Radcliffe Nursing Service in Palm Beach County. This person will build and maintain relationships with care managers, discharge planners, facility administrators, and community partners; drive new case referrals; and represent our commitment to high‑quality, person‑centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Business development: Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with care managers, discharge planners, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources.
- Outreach & networking: Conduct targeted outreach (phone, email, Linked In, in‑person visits) and attend community or professional events to generate leads.
- Referral management: Facilitate the referral process by coordinating intake, communicating service capabilities, and ensuring timely follow‑up.
- Partnership maintenance: Serve as the primary point of contact for referral partners; provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure a smooth handoff to operations.
- Reporting & targets: Track outreach activity, referral pipeline, and conversion metrics; meet or exceed monthly/quarterly referral and revenue goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure accurate service matching, onboarding of new clients, and high satisfaction.
- Marketing support: Provide feedback on marketing materials, help develop partner‑facing collateral, and support targeted campaigns.
- 2+ years sales, business development, or account management experience, preferably in healthcare, home care, or related services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with outreach and relationship building.
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage a sales/referral pipeline.
- Organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Experience working with care managers, discharge planners, or within post‑acute care networks.
- Knowledge of home care, nurse registry operations, or community resources.
- CRM experience (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) and basic reporting skills.
