At Lifespace Communities, we’re looking for a proven Sales Director who knows how to lead a high-performing team, close business, and grow occupancy. If you’re an experienced CCRC/Life Plan sales leader who is confident in your ability to deliver results, this opportunity was built for you.

In 2026, you’ll have the potential to earn up to $300K through an incentive opportunity tied to growing community occupancy. Our commission plan includes an $80K target, with a range of $35K-200K+ based on performance. The stronger the results, the greater the opportunity.

• Own the occupancy strategy and drive deposits, move-ins, and revenue growth.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Drive conversion from inquiry to tour to deposit to move-in.
• Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents and families.
• Analyze pipeline, pricing, competition, and lead sources to identify opportunities and accelerate results.
• Partner with marketing to maximize lead generation and conversion.
• Create a sales culture built around performance, accountability, relationships, and winning.

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in CCRC/Life Plan communities.
• Proven success growing occupancy and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and closing skills.
• A competitive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
