As a Security Officer - Access Control Desk in Delray Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location where you will manage access control, greet tenants and visitors, verify credentials, and help maintain orderly entry and exit. You will remain visible, conduct routine rounds, document security-related activity, and communicate clearly with property teams and first responders as needed.

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors at a commercial property by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Support access control operations by verifying identification and/or credentials, managing visitor and vendor sign-in, issuing temporary access as directed, and maintaining access logs and reports.
• Monitor entry and exit points, doors, and loading or delivery areas for irregular activity and conditions that could help deter unauthorized access and/or property damage.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting actions taken and notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, tenant spaces as authorized, and the building perimeter, reporting maintenance and security-related concerns according to site procedures.

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
