Security Professional - Hospital

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of assigned areas, including building interiors, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting concerns per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, documenting events, and notifying appropriate personnel;
Control access by monitoring entry points, observing for unauthorized persons, verifying credentials as directed, and assisting with visitor way finding and/or escort requests when authorized;
Complete required activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs with accurate details, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts as needed
