• Provide customer service to residents, guests, staff, and/or visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe daily activity within the location, offering assistance when needed and communicating with site contacts regarding security‑related matters.
• Support healthcare location operations by documenting incidents, completing routine logs, and following post orders and/or Allied Universal guidelines.

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required.
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
