Shift: 1st and 2nd.

• Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols, indoors and outdoors.
• Control access and egress points to maintain a secure environment.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Document incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Deterr criminal activity and misconduct.
• Perform other duties as outlined in post orders.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Class D Security License.
• Current Class G Security License.
• Successful completion of a mental health assessment and criminal background check.

• Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
• Active listening skills.
• Strong situational assessment abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to interact cordially and professionally with the public.
• Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi‑task and perform under pressure.
• Previous experience at high‑end residential communities is a plus.

• At least 21 years old.
• U.S. citizen or foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work various schedules.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete all required training.
• Proficiency in operating radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Subject to drug screening as permitted by law.
  
  Prior military service may require DD214 discharge document.
