Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry when required, and communicate with property personnel, residents, and/or emergency services regarding security-related matters;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or resident concerns in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken;
Support residents and guests with outstanding customer service and communication
