Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff while carrying out site-specific procedures and appropriate emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and/or vendor activity, and document unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, or policy violations;
Support a courteous residential atmosphere by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and communicating clearly with residents, guests, and/or management;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and report security-related issues according to site protocols
