Security Officer Part Time Licensed

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to site contacts and/or emergency personnel when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or conditions;
Monitor access points and property activity to help support authorized entry, report suspicious behavior, and document security-related incidents in a clear and timely manner;
Support the daily operations of a commercial real estate location by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and reporting hazards, disturbances, and/or policy violations
