Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies;
Monitor entrances, lobbies, loading areas, and credential checkpoints to deter unauthorized access;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with management and emergency services;
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter access points;
Assist with visitor processing, badge verification, and direction of guests and contractors per property procedures
