Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential and commercial property areas to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures; report concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Maintain detailed daily activity reports and incident documentation.
