HVAC Lead Installer

We are seeking a full‑time HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. The role focuses on installing new HVAC units while following company specifications, safety guidelines, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

The HVAC Lead Installer will lead installation teams, manage paperwork, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. The position requires attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Pay: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour

• Complete all paperwork accurately and timely.
• Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings.
• Provide guidance to HVAC Installer Helpers on proper skills and training.
• Install HVAC equipment in customer’s homes with minimal supervision.
• Participate in ongoing training to grow professionally.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams.
• Ensure proper certifications are maintained.
• Keep company truck clean inside and out, and inventory updated.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in air conditioning installation and mechanic work.
• Proficiency in split systems, package units, and heat pumps.
• Capacity to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to lead an installation team.
• Self‑motivated team player with emphasis on quality workmanship.
• Must be 23 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical codes.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass random drug tests.
