Maintenance Technician - PT

Location:

Abbey Delray South, 1717 Homewood Blvd, Delray Beach, FL 33445.Pay Range: $21.60-$29.70+ per hour.

• Perform assigned maintenance duties and routine preventive maintenance.
• Identify deficiencies and follow the procedure for correcting problems.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition; notify supervisors for replacements.
• Assist with refurbishment projects and repairs.
• Complete work within the scheduled time frame, according to budget and supervisor priority.
• Install, finish, repair, paint, remove, and dispose of drywall or other materials.
• Pick up and deliver supplies.
• Operate maintenance equipment, including hand or power tools, company vehicles, and snow blowers.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or technical education preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in building maintenance or construction.
• Certification, license, or equivalent as required under state or local regulations to operate or repair certain equipment.
• State‑issued driver’s license with a driving record clear of infractions as defined by current insurance mandates.
