This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment issues, mentoring other technicians, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently.

As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you'll provide hands-on technical leadership while supporting the Maintenance Manager with daily maintenance operations. You'll help prioritize repairs, coordinate preventive maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure repairs are completed safely and efficiently. This position combines advanced mechanical and technical skills with leadership responsibilities and serves as a key resource for the maintenance team.

• Provide daily leadership, direction, and technical support to maintenance technicians
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and repair priorities
• Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, heavy equipment, forklifts, trailers, and production equipment
• Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, brakes, steering, suspension, and drive trains
• Diagnose complex equipment failures using diagnostic software and testing equipment
• Repair hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, valves, hoses, fittings, and control systems
