Orange theory Fitness is looking for a passionate Assistant Head Fitness Coach to lead our science-backed, technology-tracked, & coach-inspired workouts while being a brand ambassador for the OTF community.

Life of an Assistant Head Fitness Coach at Orange theory:

* Guiding and motivating members through pre-defined workouts

* Assisting the Head Coach with recruiting, leading, managing, scheduling, and developing a dynamic team of fitness professionals

* Understanding the science behind our strength and heart-rate focused training programs, and staying up to date on active fitness industry trends

* Oversee performance, analyze results, and provide direction to the fitness team on how to assist members in setting and achieving their personal health and fitness goals

* Building meaningful connections and creating community as you expand your personal brand and network within the fitness industry

* Positively changing the lives of others by helping members set and achieve personal fitness goals

Position Type:

This position is a full-time opportunity.

Are you Qualified?

* Currently fitness certified from an education company approved by Orange theory Fitness:

* ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM, NSCA

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Current AED/CPR certification

* Have a functional understanding of strength and heart rate-based training

* Have a desire for growing your career in the fitness industry

* Experience coaching, either in a personal or group fitness setting
