Driver/Operator

We are currently on the lookout for experienced CDL Bus Drivers to join our elite team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. As a key member, you will ensure safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• $19.00 per hour minimum
• Sign‑on Bonus $1,000

• Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules while adhering to strict safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation for all.
• Maintain vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly report maintenance issues, and ensure cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, including seat‑belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 21 years old or older.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as assigned.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and medical physical if applicable.

• Must be able to work varying shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Work involves long periods of sitting, typing, or monitoring a computer screen.
• Environment combines indoor and outdoor tasks.
