In this position, you will handle oversight of branch inventory and support operations through diligent task management and vendor coordination. Emphasizing communication, you'll work with teams to ensure timely service and parts availability, enhancing overall profitability and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee inventory levels and optimize service support
• Order parts and ensure defect-free deliveries
• Maintain organized storage for inventory items
• Manage warranty items and returns efficiently
• Liaise with customer service for repair scheduling
Requirements:

Required:
High school diploma; degree preferred
• Over 2 years experience in customer service/operations
• Preferred:
Service/parts department experience
• Strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills
• Regular attendance is essential to job functions
