We are hiring a proactive Clerk/Unit Aide to assist our Home Health team. This role involves managing reception tasks, coordinating client services, and maintaining organized records. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage phone calls and office visitor interactions
• Set up and maintain files for client information
• Schedule client appointments and maintain data entries
• Prepare and type various correspondence and reports
• Handle mail, faxes, and document processes
Requirements:
• Grade 12 and a Medical Office Assistant Certificate
• One year of recent experience in a relevant role
• BC Driver's license for business-related travel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
