Lab Test Certification Inc. is looking for a Certification Assistant at our Delta, BC location. This full-time, on-site role involves critical administrative tasks and supports the Certification Department in various activities.
You'll become part of a reputable team in the Testing, Certification, and Inspection industry. Key tasks will include maintaining certification databases, coordinating documentation, and managing client inquiries. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are key to ensuring the successful completion of certification projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close certification projects efficiently
• Update databases and documentation systems
• Ensure proper organization of project records
• Assist with invoicing and follow-up processes
• Support scheduling of certification-related activities
Requirements:
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Experience in administrative roles is advantageous
• Proficiency in managing documentation effectively
• Knowledge of Salesforce or project tracking software
• Interest in the certification process is a plus
