Become a key part of Chalmers Elementary as an Administrative Support professional, executing clerical, secretarial, and accounting duties. Strong organizational skills are essential for success in this continuing position.
In this role, reporting to the Principal, you will coordinate office activities, supervise staff, and support daily operations through detailed clerical work. Responsibilities include student record management, budget monitoring, and preparation of relevant documentation. Your proactive approach will help ensure effective communication and organization throughout the school.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform a wide range of secretarial and clerical duties
• Supervise and train office staff as required
• Gather and compile materials for reports and meetings
• Manage student attendance data and enrollment processes
• Monitor budgets and generate financial reports
Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ education in secretarial or administrative fields
• 4 years of clerical experience in an educational setting
• Skilled in creating and managing databases and spreadsheets
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Capable of delivering basic first aid
