As a key member of the logistics team, you'll assist the Customer Support Manager in ensuring timely invoicing and support for deliveries. Your responsibilities will include reviewing payment statuses, updating order details, and collaborating with various internal teams to resolve exceptions, all while thriving in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure payment verification for all booked deliveries
• Process orders for the Warehouse team efficiently
• Resolve delivery issues and update necessary order details
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and maintain records
• Collaborate with different departments to meet operational goals
Requirements:
• Experience in logistics or administration is advantageous
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communicator with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work additional hours and weekends when required
