Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with front desk security procedures
• Answer, route, and take messages for all calls
• Schedule inbound and outbound freight efficiently
• Coordinate shipping documents for accuracy
• Maintain shipping and receiving data records
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-5 years of office experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience with shipping software like UPS and Fed Ex
• Excellent communication and time management skills
