In this in-office role, the Compliance Administrator will support subcontractor onboarding, manage compliance documentation, and ensure operational documentation aligns with both company and client standards. Your keen organizational skills will help maintain accurate electronic records while also providing administrative support to the service team. This role is well-suited for detail-oriented candidates comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and document collection
• Audit contractor files for compliance and certification
• Manage building access requests and security processes
• Maintain organized records in electronic systems
• Generate operational reports as needed
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with contract creation and vendor coordination
• Familiarity with CRM or work order systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Support compliance and operational excellence as a Compliance Administrator, using Alpine technology and enhancing service delivery.
