Duties Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for documents and records.
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information in databases.
Assist with the collection of data for reports and other administrative needs.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage spreadsheets and track information effectively.
Support the team with clerical duties such as typing, copying, scanning, and printing documents.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation flow within the organization.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Skills Previous office experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on clerical tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong computer skills, including typing proficiency and data entry accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
