Join GFL as an Administrative Assistant on an 18-month contract in Delta, British Columbia, where you'll support essential operations and foster client relationships. This full-time role is focused on administrative efficiency and customer service excellence.
In this position, you will tackle various tasks ranging from managing correspondence to preparing billing documents. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service capacity is required. You will also use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to streamline processes and maintain organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to phone calls and provide assistance to customers
• Prepare billing invoices and manage claim submissions
• Organize and maintain working files for branch personnel
• Enter and validate data to ensure operational accuracy
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail effectively
Requirements:
• GED or High School Diploma mandatory
• Minimum 2 years administrative experience
• Proven invoicing experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Understanding of TDG regulations is advantageous
