In this newly created position, the Office Manager will supervise day-to-day operations, support basic AP and AR functions, and mentor an Admin Assistant. This hands-on role combines leadership with administrative coordination, making it perfect for someone wanting to advance their career while ensuring smooth office workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily scheduling and office supplies efficiently
• Support AP and AR with coding and processing tasks
• Mentor an Admin Assistant and delegate responsibilities
• Communicate with clients regarding overdue accounts
• Assist with reception duties and front office tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
• 2+ years in an Office Manager role required
• 1+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred
• Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Experience in client and vendor communication
