Our client, a Canadian-owned company known for its innovative and flexible approach, is seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager. In this role, you will lead daily office operations while mentoring one Admin Assistant. Your responsibilities will include administrative coordination and light accounting functionalities to ensure efficient business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions
• Mentor and train the Admin Assistant on tasks
• Maintain client communications for overdue accounts
• Prepare and ensure accurate reports and documentation
Requirements:
• 3+ years of administrative office experience
• 2+ years as an Office Manager or similar role
• 1+ year in bookkeeping or high volume AP/AR
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong communication skills with clients and vendors
Contribute your administrative prowess and leadership skills as Office Manager to foster a productive environment in Delta.
