The organization seeks a detail-oriented Office Manager with over two years of experience in similar roles. You will lead day-to-day office operations, assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), and supervise one admin team member.
Your role will prioritize client communications and ensure effective workflow management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations effectively
• Support coding and processing for AP and AR
• Mentor the Admin Assistant and delegate tasks
• Maintain client follow-ups for overdue accounts
• Assist with front-office and reception duties
Requirements:
• 3+ years of administrative experience required
• 2 years specifically in an Office Manager role
• 1+ year of bookkeeping or handling AP/AR volume
• Strong Excel, Outlook, and Word proficiency
• Previous client communication experience preferred
