Our Delta client, a Canadian-owned organization, seeks a detail-oriented Office Manager. With at least two years of relevant experience, you will manage daily operations, oversee AR/AP functions, and support an Admin Assistant. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining office efficiency and client relationships while fostering growth in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations and supplies
• Support AP and AR tasks, including data entry
• Mentor the Admin Assistant and delegate tasks
• Maintain client communications for overdue accounts
• Prepare reports for accurate office record-keeping
Requirements:
• 3+ years in administrative roles, 2 in Office Manager
• 1+ years in bookkeeping or high volume AP/AR
• Diploma or degree in business or accounting preferred
• Strong Excel, Outlook, and Word skills
• Leadership experience is an asset
