Become a vital part of our Administration team as a Receptionist in Delta, BC. We are looking for a motivated individual to perform administrative tasks and provide professional customer service.
The position is a full-time role on a 12-month contract, reporting to our General Manager. You will coordinate meetings, manage records, and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are key for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate calendars and appointments for the leadership team
• Offer professional phone and in-person customer service
• Maintain organized filing and document records
• Support event planning for company meetings and functions
• Manage invoice processing and accounts payable duties
Requirements:
