In this position, you will assist the HR and Operations teams by providing structured administrative support.
Your role will encompass reception duties, coordinating internal communications, and assisting in employee onboarding activities. We are looking for a candidate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with reception, greeting visitors and answering calls
• Update administrative records and databases
• Help manage office supply inventory and orders
• Support onboarding by setting up equipment and workstations
• Facilitate communication across departments effectively
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in related fields preferred
• 1+ years in office support or administration
• Strong communication skills in a team setting
• Professionalism and discretion in handling information
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Contribute effectively to Lab Test's operations and become a valuable team member in Delta.
