The Compliance Administrator will ensure that all contractor onboarding processes and compliance documentation are accurately maintained. You will also provide essential support to the service team, including temporary coverage for Customer Service Administrators. This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy problem-solving and taking initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support subcontractor onboarding and documentation accuracy

• Regularly audit contractor files for compliance

• Handle building access and security clearance requests

• Maintain electronic records and documentation efficiently

• Produce and analyze operational performance reports

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Document creation and contract experience preferred

• Customer service experience in phone and email communications

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
