Branch Operations Coordinator

College diploma or above

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations support, office administration, asset management, logistics, or related fields

Familiar with basic expense reimbursement procedures and document management

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in both Chinese Mandarin and English for daily communication

Willingness to travel to other company branches as required(including Toronto)

Assist in branch setup and operations, including lease agreement management, budget preparation, and expense reimbursement processing

Communicate and implement branch management policies and compliance requirements; support internal inspections and 6S on-site management

Maintain office assets inventory and coordinate facility inspections, maintenance, and repairs

Support the receiving, dispatching, and stocktaking of equipment and spare parts to ensure inventory accuracy

Coordinate visitor reception and maintain daily communication with landlords, property management, and external partners

Provide operational support and collaborate with cross-functional teams for daily branch activities
