This key role focuses on enhancing the sales organization’s effectiveness through leadership in operations and analytics. You will manage essential provincial board partnerships, oversee the Data & Insights team, and drive compliance and efficiency across sales. Your efforts will ensure superior execution of all promotional activities and align teams toward common goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships with provincial boards for timely listings
• Lead operations planning, reporting, and forecasting
• Supervise the Data & Insights team for impactful insights
• Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments
• Guarantee flawless promotional and compliance execution
Requirements:
• 7–10+ years in Sales Operations or related roles
• Proven skills in demand planning and performance management
• Excellent storytelling and analytics capability
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience
• Familiarity with complex customer environments
