• Supporting strategic and transformation initiatives across the business.
• Analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and technology enablement.
• Tracking the impact of transformation initiatives and identifying risks.
• Preparing insights, materials, and updates for senior stakeholders.
• Developing enablement materials to support consistent implementation.
• Contributing to the regional AI transformation agenda through use case identification, pilots, and iterative rollouts.

• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or transformation roles.
• A practical mindset for technology-enabled solutions, including data, automation, AI, and digital tools.
• Strong project management and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
• The ability to analyze processes, develop business cases, and measure results.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and communicating complex issues in simple terms.
