In this role, you will ensure robust safety and health programs are developed and implemented at our Delta plant. Your extensive experience in safety regulations will support management and employees in meeting compliance standards. Regular audits, continuous improvement efforts, and incident investigations will be key responsibilities to improve safety outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement safety management systems effectively
• Provide safety guidance and ongoing support
• Monitor facility performance and compliance
• Conduct safety audits and hazard assessments
• Lead training and mentoring programs for safety staff
Requirements:
• A minimum of 10 years in safety management
• Relevant education in Occupational Health and Safety
• CRSP designation or in progress
• Competence in developing safety programs
• Strong claims management experience
Champion safety practices and play a vital role in our Delta operations with Heidelberg Materials.
