In this full-time position, you will be the central contact for coordinating field technicians and customer needs. Your organizational skills will be key in building schedules, handling job quoting and invoicing while ensuring team productivity. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain technician schedules

• Serve as the primary contact for field service coordination

• Monitor and guide the field team for optimal service delivery

• Confirm scheduled work with customers and book new jobs

• Provide quoting and invoicing support for services

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant experience with organizational skills

• Strong communication abilities, written and oral

• Reliable with a commitment to quality work

• Comfortable with basic software like Excel and Word

• Experience with scheduling software is a plus
