As the Recycling Services Coordinator, you will take charge of collection service management, ensuring high-quality interactions with collection sites and stakeholders. Your responsibilities span recruitment, compliance, and inspections, emphasizing customer service. Collaborate with diverse partners and be a catalyst for positive environmental change.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment for recycling collection sites and events
• Develop SOPs and best practices for operations
• Manage collection site inspections and evaluations
• Create marketing strategies for recruitment outreach
• Build strong relationships with collection partners
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent background
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations/logistics
• Proficient in MS Office and database management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with travel flexibility
