Rubicon Organics is seeking a driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. You will collaborate across functions to develop KPIs and improve forecasting.
Your role will be crucial in providing actionable financial insights and supporting various business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor across the organization
• Establish and manage key performance indicators for tracking
• Lead and analyze monthly forecasting and performance variances
• Assist in shaping the annual budgeting and planning processes
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant financial role
• Strong communication skills with data presentation expertise
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strategic analytical skills
• Proven experience in financial process optimization and collaboration
