As a Senior Quality Control Underwriter, you will analyze and review mortgage loans from various origination channels, verifying their adherence to GSE and NMI guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Re-underwrite and assess mortgage loans' compliance
• Write comprehensive summaries for management review
• Review and verify income and credit information
• Identify risks and trends in loan quality
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years mortgage underwriting experience
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Understanding of forensic audits preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
