Finance Team Lead Location

Hybrid (minimum 3 days a week) in our downtown, Nanaimo, BC office. Full time in our downtown Nanaimo office for the first 3-6 months. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

General Manager / EOS Integrator

$90-95,000 CAD per year

Your role will be responsible for leading our accounting team by example, providing the guidance and encouragement necessary to build a world class financial operations department. • Financial Stewardship: Facilitate the budget, cash flow, and financial statements while identifying ways to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Operational Excellence: Vendor tracking, customer billing, and compliance while maximizing our financial software stack.
• Strategic Resourcing: Project resourcing and ensuring the IDX process is seamless and well documented.

• A Proven Leader: You have 5+ years of experience in finance with a minimum of 2 years directly managing people.
• Technically Sound: You hold a CPA designation (preferred) and have a deep understanding of GAAP and full cycle accounting.
• Tech-Forward: You are an expert in MS Office/G Suite and can adapt to new software quickly to facilitate collaboration. You are familiar with a Mac environment.
• Analytical & Concise: You can take complex data and summarize it into actionable insights for the leadership team. You take pride in collaboration that helps everyone and the business reach their goals.
