Position: Senior Finance Leader at SiteTalent
Drive financial strategy at Site Talent as their Senior Finance Leader. Oversee accounting, payroll, administration, and IT for a rapidly growing water management contractor across Canada.

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Vice President of Finance is integral to shaping long-term strategy and managing financial systems. Your leadership will ensure the company can scale effectively while adhering to compliance and operational excellence. Your involvement will range from overseeing a multi-functional team to delivering actionable insights based on financial data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a multi-functional finance and IT team

• Develop and manage annual budgeting processes

• Oversee full-cycle accounting and intercompany transactions

• Maintain strong internal controls across financial reports

• Prepare financial results for strategic planning sessions

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of finance leadership in project-based environments

• Experience in ERP implementation and financial management

• Proven track record in multi-entity financial structures

• Strong proficiency in tax compliance and reporting

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
