Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a small accounting team with strong mentorship
• Direct month-end and year-end closing activities
• Generate key financial reports including cash flow forecasts
• Approve GST, payroll, and regulatory submissions
• Enhance efficiency in accounts receivable and payable
Requirements:
• CPA designation required for this role
• Relevant experience as Controller or similar
• Solid grasp of construction accounting methods
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Sage Intacct
• Strong organizational skills and initiative
