Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers for day-to-day service and advice
• Educate on mobile, ATM, and online banking options
• Facilitate scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
• Recommend branch process improvements based on experience
• Complete necessary business processes and documentation
Requirements:
• High School diploma with 1+ years experience
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent certification
• Proficient in MS Office and banking software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Mobility within the assigned district post-training
