Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily operational review meetings for actionable insights

• Analyze financial impacts of operational decisions

• Identify cost-saving opportunities in manufacturing processes

• Develop annual operating plans with Operations leadership

• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to executives

Requirements:

• BS degree in Finance or Accounting required

• Minimum of 5+ years in FP&A or cost accounting

• Strong analytical skills and curiosity about financial data

• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software

• Intermediate Excel skills with large datasets
