Equity One Trader Position

We are searching for a motivated Associate or Associate Director to enhance our Equity Delta One trading efforts. This role demands strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to foster relationships across teams. Candidates should have a passion for Capital Markets along with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Price and execute equity swap transactions efficiently

• Monitor and manage risk exposures for adherence to compliance

• Maintain accurate trade bookings with a focus on completeness

• Collaborate with traders to provide insights and client solutions

• Analyze market trends to inform trading decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred

• Relevant experience in Equity Derivatives

• Strong understanding of equity markets and derivative instruments

• Proficient in Excel (VBA), Python, and SQL

• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
