Position: Equity One Trader Role
Join a dynamic Equity Delta One trading team as an Associate Director focused on equity swaps. This role requires expertise in pricing and risk management across multiple client structures and markets.

In this critical position, you will be instrumental in trading equity swaps while maintaining accuracy in execution and booking. Your collaboration with teams in Synthetic Finance and Equity Repo, along with strong attention to detail, will drive successful outcomes. Ideal candidates possess a passion for Capital Markets and an entrepreneurial approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Price and execute equity swap transactions

• Monitor risk exposures and ensure compliance

• Maintain accurate trade bookings and reconciliations

• Collaborate for trade ideas and market insights

• Analyze market trends to enhance trading strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred

• Relevant experience in Equity Derivatives

• Strong understanding of equity markets and derivatives

• Proficient in Excel, Python, and SQL

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
